BECOMING BSFT

The BSFT Show is an evolution of 3 previous titles. In early 2018 BSFT Founder David Nixon released his very first episode under the title; ‘Mood Prep’. Mood Prep was created with the goal of offering 10 minute daily episodes to help people develop their mindset in bite sized chunks.

Since then, he has gone on to record over 800 episodes under the titles of Mood Prep, The Alpha Theta Flow, The Peak and Flow Podcast and now, to its final home, The BSFT Show.
